At UFO Diecast & Collectables, we’re committed to getting your order packed safely and shipped as quickly as possible!
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Australia
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping (if selected): Estimated 1–4 business days
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary depending on destination.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21+ business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, please note:
- Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise arranged.
- We’ll provide updates if significant delays occur.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.
UFO Diecast & Collectables is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once a parcel leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We’ll work with the carrier to assist where possible.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
